Orders 

How long does it take to receive my order? 

Current order processing time is subject to change at any time. The current processing time on most orders is 7 – 10 business days. Any order with an embroidery is subject to 10 business day processing time or more.  

I placed my order but need to cancel it, how do I do that? 

Please contact Casey to cancel your order. 

I placed my order, but the shipping address was wrong, what do I do? 

Please contact Casey to change the shipping address. We will change this internally first before it is changed on the order in the webstore. 

Decoration 

Does the product come with the Autoliv logo? 

Every product is priced to include the Autoliv logo on 1 location. If you would like additional logos placed, please contact us for updated pricing. 

How are my item(s) decorated? 

Depending on what item is picked, most items on the site are either laser engraved, direct printed, digitally printed or decorated with heat transfer. Knit sweaters, caps, and dress shirts are embroidered. 

What if I do not want my item decorated? 

Please contact us to discuss this option. Note: all branded swag; The North Face, Carhartt, Eddie Bauer, etc., is required to be branded. We will not sell these products blank. 

Shipping 

What are the shipping options? 

  • FedEx – Orders are shipped via FedEx at our discounted rate. You can ship to any address using this method. 
  • 3rd Party Autoliv number – Orders must ship to an Autoliv location, there is a handling fee of $3 for this method.  
  • Delivery – If you select 3rd party Autoliv Number, orders going to ATC (Auburn Hills Technical Center) will be grouped together and delivered. There is still a $3 handling fee for this. We are located 25 minutes away from ATC.  

How long does shipping take? 

Shipping time depends on location, these are estimated times of arrival for packages. Factors that can change this will depend on if the shipping address is in a rural area vs a city/suburban area. 

Michigan / Indiana – 1-2 business days 

Mississippi / Ontario, Canada – 2 – 3 business days 

Utah / Idaho / California – 4 – 5 business days 

International – 4 – 10 business days depending on shipping method and customs & duties. 

Returns 

What is QMI’s return policy? 

Most products on the Autoliv webstore are made to order. Due to this, we normally do not accept returns or exchanges, specifically once an item has been branded. We are more than happy to help you with any sizing concerns and give you information about any product on the webstore. We also make sure that size charts are available with each item.
